The ChromaCUT X Pro reflects the very positive experiences of users of the predecessor series, which was introduced ten years ago under the name Corrugraph. At the same time, it incorporates a host of modern technologies and functions representing the latest state of the art, many of them features unique to products from Koenig & Bauer.
The ChromaCUT X Pro has been designed for the high-performance rotary production of die-cut corrugated products in ultimate flexo post-printing quality.
The ChromaCUT X Pro handles corrugated sheets with a width of up to 2,800 mm (110.24 in) and a thickness of 9 mm (0.354 in), running at speeds up to 12,000 sheets per hour.

- The vacuum belt feeder is designed specifically for absolute infeed accuracy
- Optional sheet cleaning device for effectively dust-free quality printing
- Sheets are transported via a continuous overhead vacuum transport system which guarantees stable sheet travel through the equipment and exact register for the printing process
- Optional IR and UV dryers can also be integrated into the transport system
- Shaftless drives for the impression cylinder, the vacuum transport, the forme cylinder and the anilox roller
- Quick-clamp cylinders made from carbon fiber composite
- The low volume of the chamber blade serves optimum ink transfer and minimal ink losses during washing
- The generously dimensioned impression cylinders and anilox rollers guarantee stable printing conditions in continuous production
- Optional features such as quick-clamp cylinders and a grinding system for the back cylinder ensure ideal framework conditions, also for die-cutting in multiple-out operation
- The ink supply and the automatic washing system are designed to achieve the best possible results with low water consumption and fast washing times
