    The purpose of this policy to specify Farage Printing Industries (Farage Printing Industries) Safety Requirement for Using Alcohol and Drugs<\/p>

      This policy applies Whenever an employee is on or in company Property, surrounding grounds and parking lots, leased or rented space. in any vehicle used on company business\/sales functions we believe may adversely affect our operations safety, reputation or the administration of this policy.<\/p>

      1. Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        It is the responsibility of all Farage Printing Industries Employees to comply with this policy.<\/p>

        1. Procedure<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          4.1 Farage Printing Industries is committed to a safe, healthy and productive workplace for employees.<\/p>

          \u00a0<\/p>

          4.2 Company recognize that alcohol, drugs, or other substances abuse by employees impairs their ability to perform properly and has serious adverse effects on the safety, efficiency and productivity of employees.<\/p>

          \u00a0<\/p>

          4.3 An employee must not possess, use, transfer, offer, or be under the influence of alcohol while at work or on Company Business including using alcohol prior to reporting to work, during breaks or meal periods, or in conjunction with any Company activities, expect social or business events where Company management
          has authorized the moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages<\/p>

          4.4 Employees who taking Over-The-Counter (OTC) Medication which have side effects affect the ability of the employees to perform work in safe manner must report to HSE Representative<\/p>

          \u00a0<\/p>

          4.5 Any employees or contractors working under the influence od alcohol or drugs will be immediately removed from the work site to an area designated by site supervisor for evaluation<\/p>

          \u00a0<\/p>

          4.6 Farage Printing Industries employees should not possess any Drugs Paraphernalia or Alcohol containers at Farage Printing Industries work sites<\/p>

          \u00a0<\/p>

          4.7 Violation of this policy will lead to disciplinary action including termination<\/p>
